Sean Alvarez is an Emmy Award-winning producer and production executive with more than 25 years of experience delivering high-caliber television and live event productions. Now, as the founder of EIC Productions, Sean is launching a full-service production entity designed to support showrunners who want to stay focused on the creative, without the hassle of forming their own shingle. EIC offers end-to-end production services at more than competitive rates, providing showrunners with the operational backbone they need while protecting their vision, voice, and ownership. With deep industry relationships, an impeccable reputation for delivery, and a calm, collaborative leadership style, Sean is creating a space where creativity remains in the hands of the creatives, and where a project’s ingenuity and execution are equally prioritized.

Before launching EIC, Sean most recently served as Senior Vice President of Production at Game Show Network and Game Show Enterprises Studios, where he oversaw all original series and specials. His prior leadership roles include SVP of Production at Fulwell 73, where he executive produced The Kardashians for Hulu and high-profile Disney+ specials like Encanto at the Hollywood Bowl and Elton John Live: Farewell from Dodger Stadium, as well as SVP of Production at Pilgrim Media Group, overseeing unscripted hits from My Big Fat Fabulous Life to Street Outlaws. Sean’s roots in the business began with blockbuster features like Con Air and Enemy of the State, and his career has been defined by a commitment to excellence, adaptability, and cultivating trusted teams. With EIC, he's now channeling that legacy into a company that elevates the work of others.
